Abstract :
A six-port circuit centered at 10 GHz based on substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) is proposed. The six-port circuit is composed of one power divider and three 90°-hybrid couplers and fed by microstrips through tapered transition line. The size of six-port circuit is only 17.5*6.1cm2. The simulation results have shown the good performance of this integrated structure.
