Abstract
In France, live working is performed at all voltage distribution levels from 400 V up to 400 kV on overhead lines as well as in substations. The low voltage network is partially an underground system, especially in town. This report gives a survey of different work being done on underground low voltage networks. Some operations are presented and information is given about the working personnel, their training and about working rules
