Abstract
In Web cache cluster, because task resource demand characteristic is shifting and task resource demand information is hard to obtain, existing dynamic load balancing strategy is inefficient or even inapplicable. In order to solve this problem, a novel self adaptive dynamic load balancing strategy dedicated for Web cache cluster is presented. Load model of the self adaptive dynamic load balancing strategy could adapt itself dynamically according to the change of task resource demand characteristic, and reflect system load state precisely. Comparing with other load balancing strategy in Web cache cluster, the self adaptive dynamic load balancing strategy has outstanding performance in experiment.
