Abstract
Relationship management is one of the key practical issues in the implementation process of information system outsourcing has become a practical problem that plagues businesses. As the establishments of information systems have a significant impact on the success of outsourcing activities, a framework of building information system outsourcing relationship is put forward. And then, the relationship management from service provider perspective is discussed based on the framework. This research provides some references for information system outsourcing from service provider perspective.
