Abstract :
In order to improve the antiskid ability of tunnel pavement and reduce fire loss for tunnels, a kind of thin-layer antiskid and flame retardant colored pavement material was prepared. This material was composed of adhesive base material and colored antiskid aggregate. Firstly film forming substance was prepared by polyurethane/epoxy resin IPN composite. Secondly, adhesive base material was composed of two-components, the main agent added with nano inorganic flame retardant and curing agent. Through skid resistance test, flame retardation test, shear strength test and noise level test, and so on, comprehensive performance of the material was systematically researched. On this basis, the representative samples of antiskid and flame retardant pavements for tunnels were prepared by different kinds of colored antiskid aggregates with different particle sizes. Furthermore, the factors influencing on the antiskid ability and pavement surface texture depth, such as PSV and particle sizes of aggregates were investigated. The results showed that the physical and chemical properties, the antiskid ability (BPN≥90), the flame retardancy (OI≥30%), compression-shear strength, noise reduction performance and water-drainage performance of this material were excellent under the optimum formula, and that the material also had the characteristics of rapid construction (an hour after construction open to traffic) in low temperature (-5°C), which made this material especially suitable for the tunnel pavement and the pavement of the entrances and exits of tunnels.
