Abstract :
It is important to mosaic the microscopy images of blood cells to obtain an image with greater view. To obtain more fast speed and higher accuracy of image mosaicing, the SURF (Speeded-Up Robust Features) algorithm has been used in the image mosaicing of blood cells. In this paper, image mosaicing methods based on SURF is presented. Then, basing on the above methods, blood cells images is mosaicked. The experimental result shows that the mosaicing method based on SURF has a good effect and a panoramic image without obvious relict is generated from two images of blood cells.
