  • Abstract
The enabling technology for the modern, hand held video camera came from highly specialized, modern electronics including the powerful HCMOS microcontroller devices with specialized peripherals. Without the technology, the product would not have been manufacturable in a form that would be accepted by the general public. As with the hand held video camera, the imaginative use of technology and its ever rapid developments will continue to enable new products and new opportunities for old products
