Abstract
This paper studies the evaluation of water resources social reproducible ability on the cities. First of all, it proposes research methods, namely the genetic weighted element model. Second, apply the model to five typical cities of the southern Xinjiang areas for empirical study. By the calculation, it gets the evaluation hierarchy of the water resources social reproducible ability in five typical cities. The evaluation results show that the water resources social reproducible ability of the five typical cities is very weak.
