Abstract :
This paper provides a range of problems and solutions involving the asynchronous interaction between a UUT and a digital test instrument during LRU and SRU test. Agile handling of such asynchronous activity can result in higher test quality, simpler programming, and less debugging. Examples provided herein are compared to the applications workarounds generally required in older, more synchronous apparatus.
