Abstract :
To achieve efficient replica location in large scale distributed system, a novel mechanism of Replica Location based on Hybrid Agent Grid (HAN-RL) is present. Based on nodes distinguished from each other by their different role, we employ agent nodes and construct overlay grid over them. Thus, SHA-RL can be implemented in a hybrid way: from RSN to RCAN and from RCAN to CIAN, it is processed in hierarchy way; among CIANs, it is handled in peer to peer way. Furthermore, routing algorithm among CIANs is addressed and all algorithms correlative to SHA-RL is described in detail. Finally, analysis and experiments show its high efficiency, approximate load balancing and lower average response time.
