On the striking stylistic features of contract English

With the increase of China´s economic and commercial exchanges with other countries, international business contracts, in other words, foreign contracts rise in large numbers accordingly. The role that contracts play in economic and commercial activities gives rise to the unique stylistic features of contract English. In consideration of this, the author analyses three stylistic features of contract English with plentiful supporting enumerations at the levels of lexis, semantics and syntax.
