Abstract :
The paper aims to solve the main theoretical problem for implementation of secondary voltage regulation under network environment, focusing on the design scheme of robust fault-tolerant control for uncertain system with time-delay. For implementing a favorable control algorithm of the networked secondary voltage regulation (NSVR) system, data dropout and data packet disorder of network transmission is treated as provisional failures of communication channels, leading to temporary invalidations of acquisiton devices (sensors) or primary voltage controllers (actuators). By means of the linear matrix inequality (LMI), the design methods of robust fault-tolerant NSVR controller in the presence of uncertain time delays and integrity against the provisional actuator failures are given. The operation performance of the proposed NSVR scheme is analyzed and the simulation results on the classic 3-generator system are presented to illustrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.
