Abstract :
An intelligent network architecture with fixed local anchor (FLA) is proposed to support Universal Personal Telecommunication (UPT) services. The performance of the proposed IN architecture is compared with the architecture based on IS-41 considering UPT user´s personal mobility in terms of call delivery cost and location update cost
