Abstract
The goal of this paper is to analyze the definition and content of knowledge management, the relationship between knowledge management and the formation of core competitiveness of enterprises, and the countermeasures for the implementation of knowledge management. Firstly, we make an introduction about the definition of knowledge management, and also make an analysis about the classification and composition of knowledge management. Then we make a discussion about the interaction between knowledge management and enterprises competitiveness. We find that the core capability within the organization is a series of complementary combination of skills and knowledge, including technical capability, organization and management capability, and engage in market capability. Finally, we put forward the strategic routes and corresponding suggestions for the implementation of knowledge management for enterprises to realize their core competitiveness.
