Abstract :
In this paper, aiming to the problems, which may exist in practical application of knowledge creation mode, we bring forward internal and external security institution-building of multinational corporations´ technological innovation on the basis of knowledge management perspective. Internal security system of multinational corporations´ knowledge creation is established separately from four aspects, which are the construction of transnational corporations on human resources management, information systems development, organizational culture, internal resources system construction. External security system of multinational corporations´ knowledge creation, which has created conditions for smooth implementation of multinational corporations knowledge creation mode, is established separately from three aspects of host country, which are resource environment construction, industry environment construction, policy environment construction.
