Abstract :
Knowledge management is a principal instrument to improve enterprise core competence. Knowledge sharing can advance knowledge from individual level to organizational level, so that is one of the critical sectors in knowledge management. An overview of the national and international researches on knowledge management is presented in this paper. Then the psychological contract is defined as the key factor affecting knowledge sharing. Based on that, the knowledge sharing model and the serving system for knowledge sharing are established, combining the knowledge management theory and practice, which can greatly increase the feasibility of knowledge management.
