Abstract
Dynamic pricing solutions enable companies to test, develop, and deliver more precise and timely pricing in response to competitive and market conditions. Integrating dynamic price testing with existing e-commerce and sales support systems provides the ability to directly and accurately measure customers´ buying behaviors, relative to different prices and non-price attributes. Using segmentation to optimize the delivery, the results of these tests can be delivered through optimized pricing or promotional strategies, across the full range of online and offline channels, thus supporting near-instantaneous response of the business to changing market conditions and buyer behaviors. Improved pricing using this technology represents a large and untapped opportunity for businesses to improve their profitability.
