Abstract :
CBR (case based reasoning), if it is to be effectively applied in the multi-level (plenary) diagnostic environment, must consider the relationships and interactions within and between those levels. This includes conflicts due to differences in methodology. Case definitions, as well as methods of case utilization and updating will be very much a function of those relationships and interactions.
