  • Abstract
    An evaluation index system of resource integration capability for SMEs clusters is established based on the resource-based and capability-based views. A classification model for resource integration capability is constructed based on SOM (Self-Organizing Feature Map) neural network. An example is given to illustrate the proposed approach.
