Abstract :
Driven by ever-changing business environment, technological innovations and changes of supply / demand markets are very common nowadays. These may create either risks or opportunities to power business operators. CLP Power Hong Kong Limited (CLPP), a power utility in Hong Kong, therefore commissioned a cross-functional work group comprising experienced engineers to manage the above two issues.
