Abstract :
A current-mode, second-order, fully-differential, offset-compensated delay-line for Lagucrre adaptive filters, is proposed. The compensation is realized using parametric feedback, in such a way that the bandwidth is not severely degraded. This compensation allows to use transistors of minimum longitude of channel, for what the bandwidth extends to intermediate-frequency without increasing the power consumption. Simulation results are presented using BSIM3 models, for a 0.5 μ MOSIS technology. Overall bandwidth of 125 MHz, THD of 1.2% and offset compensation of 84% are observed.
