General chair and Co-Chairs´ message

The International Symposium on Intelligent Signal Processing and Communication Systems (ISPACS) is one of the most well-known international symposiums in the area of signal processing, and communication System. ISPACS 2011 is the nineteenth of a series of symposiums, which is successfully organized in Japan, Korea, U.S.A., Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, and Hong Kong, and so on. Since the ISPACS was first organized in Taiwan in 1992, it provides consistently a forum for the presentation of the latest research results in signal processing and communications systems. This year ISPACS is hosted by Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications and Information Technology Association of Thailand (ECTI Thailand) and technically supported by IEEE CAS and IEICE Associations. “The decade of Intelligent and Green Signal Processing & Communications” which is set as a theme of ISPACS 2011 reflects well the current world´s awareness.
