Study on governmental administrant mechanism and its induct&control of green buildings operation

This article discusses how the Government controls on green buildings and how the Government promotes green buildings effectively. A number of successful green buildings demonstration projects are researched to analyze the application and significance of scientific and technological achievements in industry. Through research, we concludes that the government should adopt attractive economic incentives and the promotion of demonstration green buildings, aiming to create a favorable external environment and market condition to guide the promotion of green buildings.
