Abstract
Carrier mobility in the discotic liquid crystal 2,3,6,7,10,11-hexahexyloxytriphenylene (HHOTP) has been evaluated by the analysis of a time-of-flight signal by taking the spatial distribution of generated charge carrier density into consideration. The photocarrier generation process in HHOTP has been discussed in terms of the Onsager model
