Abstract :
The adaptation of highway to economic development is a continuous and dynamic process, which presents a state from adaptation to inadaptation and to adaptation. The decision on the reconstruction time of highway is a significant macroscopical decision-making problem. Both on the basis of analyzing the service level of highway and the theory of trigger point mechanism, this paper constructed time decision-making model of highway reconstruction and put forward the application method of the model. In addition, taking the Shen Yi highway reconstruction project in Hubei for example, an empirical analysis has been made to check the feasibility and efficiency of the model, which provides decision basis to determine reconstruction time.
