Abstract :
In the future urban public intelligent building will be the developmental direction, building automation as an important component of intelligent building is an important means to reduce building energy consumption. At present operating characteristic´s individual differences of air-conditioning system is often ignored in building automation system, which cause the poor stability and quality to control system. Optimal operating characteristics of air-conditioning system is investigated in the article, a kind of central air-conditioning optimization control system is designed and developed based on LabVIEW graphical programming software, and chilled water temperature, chilled water flow and cooling water flow can be coordinated controlled in order to reduce energy consumption. The system has been applied in an office building, the application show that the optimize control management system of central air-conditioning can achieve stable and reliable operation, as well as better energy saving effect.
