Abstract :
Rain(Snow) is one of water resources. Collecting the redundant or rain resulting from the flood to be applied for drinking, irrigation, washing and other, in a sense, which is to reduce the adverse effect of the flood disasters in the first time, and decrease the happening risk of flood, is much advantageous production activity. This research proposed the integral system, which is constituted by the region or place of collecting rain, the delivery pipe of rain water (ditch, trench), the purification and detection device of rain water, reserving pit (tank), application terminal of rain water.
