Abstract
A new network architecture for high-speed low-latency interconnects is introduced, based on a combination of optical wavelength division multiplexing and the automatic packet self-routing mechanism known as clockwork routing. This paper describes the first detailed analysis of traffic in such a network, and presents throughput and latency statistics obtained by simulation.
