The Stage characteristics of urbanization determine the staged feature of the urbanization-ecological environmental coordinated system. The contradiction between urbanization and the ecological environment mainly reflect on relations of the urban economic development and ecological environment. According to the traditional agricultural economy, the beginning of industrialization, later period of industrialization, information period, and the urbanization-ecological environmental coordinated system is divided into low-level stage, the increasing lack of coordination stage, the adjustment phase and the high level of coordination stage.
