  • Abstract
Based on the comprehensive risk analysis of land use, this paper establishes the concept system of Land Comprehensive Use Hazard Risk Index (LUHI), proposes LUHI combinatorial formula. According to the analytic hierarchy process, with the combination of experts\´ evaluation, we can define the LUHI weight. Then, we gain both the standard value of each research unit and LUHI value. Finally, analyze the comparison of each research unit disaster-causing factors, we obtain the land appropriate zoning under comprehensive disaster prevention, and it is put as the decision basis of the comprehensive disaster risk assessment. Thereby, it becomes an effective decision-making aid for the land comprehensive disaster prevention planning. We have applied this method on the "Comprehensive disaster prevention planning for YANTAI Economic and Technical Development Zone". Thus, it can provide experience and lessons for other cities in China.
