The analysis of the characteristic landscapes of huangkeng ancient village and the study on its protective strategy

Located in southern Zhejiang province, among graceful mountains and rivers, the Huangkeng Village in Zeya Town, Ouhai District, Wenzhou City, is well known for its nurturance of generations of celebrities, widely appreciated literary pieces and enriched cultural heritage. Having lived on the paper-making industry in the past, this village is left with huge amount of paper-making equipment and a trail of unique producing technology, which forms a special paper-culture heritage. This thesis is devoted to analysis of the dominant features of this heritage and advice on protection strategies for its sustainable development as the situation worsens day by day.
