Abstract :
The paper proposes an algorithm that allocates the available power among all subcarriers and subchannels in an OFDM MIMO system under a minimum BER criterion. The design, robust to channel estimation errors, takes into account the different reliability of CSI estimates at both ends of the transmitter link. The obtained algorithm accepts different transmission rates, so it can use spatial diversity to improve channel reliability or to increase transmission rate.
