Abstract :
A series of diesel biodegradation tests were investigated at different conditions. And the influences of mixed microbes, aboriginal microbe, soil texture and the addition of rhamnolipid on the diesel biodegradation were analyzed. The results indicated that these factors have effects on diesel biodegradation with different degree, and there was the highest biodegradation content with the addition of mixed microbes, N/P nutrients and rhamnolipid to the No.2 soil. The chromatographic analysis of residual saturated hydrocarbons remained in soil at different conditions showed that the low bioavailability resulted from the low water solubility was the main reason for the inhibition biodegradation of hydrocarbons especially of the branched alkanes.
