Abstract
We are going to present a system that can support meeting in three ways: audio/video capture, tele-interaction, and presentation authoring and playback. It uses an image/video canvas to associate and orient all images, annotations and other metadata. By using the canvas, this tool can facilitate high quality signal acquisitions with limited sensors. It can facilitate remote device control using mouse or pen based gestures. Moreover, the system can facilitate the associations of presentation units and a wide range of playback devices. In summary, the system can help us overcome many meeting barriers due to complexity or distance.
