Abstract
Space vector modulation is a widely used pulse width modulation technique for variable speed drive application. This paper proposes Type-2 Fuzzy based space vector modulation technique for voltage source inverter. The proposed TYPE-2 Fuzzy network is independent of the switching frequency. The performance of TYPE-2 Fuzzy controlled drive is compared with the conventional SVM based drive. The THD values of simulation of inverter voltages for 15 kHz switching frequencies are presented.
