Abstract :
An algorithm is proposed for signal reshaping based on FM zero-crossing. By means of this algorithm, the signal can be companded and clipped. By using the analogy between this process and the cyclic queue model for multiprogramming, a simple and nonexpensive technique is obtained to process the signal in FM zero-crossing digital form.<>
