Abstract
A new methodology is proposed for analysis and simulation of circuits with exponential nonlinearities. It is shown that the additivity, a property of superposition, works here provided that the devices are conditioned after each application of supply sources. The methodology is used for circuits with p-n junction diodes, and it is extendable to include bipolar transistors when the devices are replaced by their Ebers-Moll models. As an example a diode circuit is fully discussed and the SPICE simulation results are discussed
