Abstract :
This paper discusses, examines, explores, explains and analyzes the causes (reasons) and consequences (benefits and dis-benefits) of rise and fall of `Quality Management Department´ of R & D Center of a major Chinese based ICT vendor operating in Pakistan. The paper presents finding of 5 years of qualitative research that required study of the subject from start to end. The given case required situational, thematic and subjective study. The findings of this case are presented in factual and temporal sequence so as to explain the studied issue in simplified form. The research for this paper is longitudinal, applied and inductive in nature.
