Abstract :
Design flaws are important factors that influence the quality of products in mechanical engineering, and the thorough study on the formation approaches is of far-reaching significance to improve product quality. Flaw factors are the internal factors of defective design. This paper combines the concept of neurons in a detailed description of their internal composition and, on the basis, ascertained the conversion relation of defect factors from the input to the output. By applying S function and Copula connection function, the system function and the threshold function of defect factors were successfully constructed, and this set up the mathematical foundation for studying quantitatively the model of forming design flaws. Finally, as an example, the paper gave the design failure analysis of a mechanical product design process and proved the correctness of this research method.
