Abstract :
Through the geological exploration and detailed investigation of Dalian IKEA Co., LTD project geological condition, it is found out the basic types and distribution of soil layer, the engineering properties. Through the analyzing of the investigation, it is basically found out the adverse geologic condition, the groundwater burial condition within the scope of construction, and judging the groundwater corrosive conditions to the building materials. Through the indoor test and the heavy dynamic in-site test, it is analyzed and evaluated the foundation´s stability, uniformity and capacity, and provides the necessary basic data for subsequent engineering construction.
