Abstract :
We present the main results of theoretical researches on vacuum microelectronics, performed in recent years at Saratov university. Nowadays the researches are carried out in the following directions: development of numerical methods for numerical simulation of physical fields in thin-film field-emission (TFFE) triodes, theoretical investigations of new schemes of electronic amplifiers and oscillators, which combine the ideas of classical microwave electronics with new vacuum microelectronic technology and use arrays of TFFE emitters, and research on the complex dynamics in an active non-linear vacuum medium with field-emission inclusions.
