Abstract :
This paper represents the origin and main content of the Theory of Constraints, and summarizes its principles for production planning and control, and discusses the necessity and validity for enterprises integrating production model by introducing TOC combined with the fact of enterprises´ operation, and then puts forward an efficient model.
