Environment is the foundation of human survival environment, not the human will is nowhere to hide. Since the industrial revolution, human society has undergone earth-shaking changes, it is science and technology are developing rapidly, the environmental plundered all precedents. The environment deteriorating, a direct threat to human survival and health, environmental science will come into being, establish how environmental assessment mechanism and how to realize environmental science and human health relationship is urgent.
