  • Abstract
    The core of international competition of a university lies on the disciplinary competitiveness. In order to create and enhance the disciplinary competence, we should firstly establish a whole reasonable and efficient discipline evaluation system. Comparing with other evaluation methods, DEA has its distinct advantages in the process of evaluating the efficiency of the multiple inputs, multiple outputs Decision Making Unit. This essay introduces the method that how to use the Cross-efficiency concept to sort the decision making units, on the basis of which to give a comprehensive evaluation to a certain discipline, and to make a further analysis on how to sort each decision making unit.
