After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In pursuit of sustainable development, enterprise will inevitably see protection of the environment as the core social responsibility in the production management process. From characteristics of Boards and Directors and ownership structure perspective, through a good corporate governance mechanism design, we explore business obtaining excellence economic performance, at the same time take from environmental protection responsibilities, thereby achieve a "win-win" objective.
