Abstract :
Summary form only given. In the process of work in the field of vacuum microelectronics we have developed effective luminophors, emitting light under the influence of electron bombardment, and simple, cheap, easy to operate field electron cathodes, made of carbon fiber beams. The aim of the present work was to investigate the possibility of creating an effective and cheap light source, based on vacuum luminescence with a field cathode.
