  • Abstract
    Infusion bag´s production logistic system are facing unpredictable, high-frequency market changes driven by global competition. So a more reconfigurable system configuration is needed. This paper focus on choosing the most reconfigurable configuration from several options. A fuzzy-AHP method composed of three levels including goals, factors and schemes is proposed. Weight of each scheme relative to goals is obtained, and infusion bag´s production logistic system is designed according to the configuration with heaviest weight.
