Study on construction enterprise´s transnational cooperation based on core competence in value chain

Transnational cooperation can realize the internationalization strategy of the construction enterprise and bring about various advantages. Transnational cooperation in core competence relies on the evolutionary game playing analysis between migrant construction enterprise and local enterprise. Based on the identification of core competence in the value chain of the construction enterprise, this paper takes technical competence for example, to investigate the influence factors and decision state by analyzing the evolutionary mechanism in transnational technical cooperation, and extends the investigation into other competence, in hope of offering the theoretical basis for research on transnational cooperation of construction enterprises.
