Abstract
This paper examines BIM research and application on construction industry in China and provides a view of KPIs. This study establishes a 5-KPIs (quality, cost, time, safety, and energy) model of the BIM impact on construction industry. Then through investigation of 93 valid questionnaires, two kinds of statistical data analysis approaches are conducted and the different results are compared and interpreted. Finally, some conclusions and improvement advices are given for future improvement of BIM.
