Demonstration application of multiple intervention mechanism in old housing renewal system

With the number of old housing increasing year by year, the traditional monopolized planning solution have no longer adapted to old housing renewal program in which the object usually are multiple benefits groups. So the planning mechanism of old housing renewal need an urgent transition. In order to meet the requirements of different benefits groups, a multiple intervention mechanism with the features of multilateral cooperation, cooperate action and cooperative intervention should be established. In this paper, a reasonable multiple intervention mechanism was trying to established through the Renmin country´s old housing renewal program implementation. In advance, this mechanism will be used as a guideline in some similar old housing renewal program.
